CONVICT LAKE TRAIL TO LAKE GENEVIEVE

Convict Lake can be reached by automobile, and is a favorite for fishing from shore or boat, for camping, or for dining at Convict Lake Resort.  The trail up Convict Creek passes through a narrow, rugged, and colorful canyon on its way to a series of high-country lakes.  Beyond Lake Genevieve a trail continues to Laurel Canyon, passing between Bloody and Laurel Mountains.
